Returns & Exchange Policy

All the Seasons offers a refund service, but as a small business, we are only able to refund your original or return postage costs if your items are faulty.

- Returns Procedure -

We do hope you love each of your products. However if for any reason you need to return your purchase to us, you have 14 days from receipt of delivery to notify us of those items you with to return or exchange.  

From this day, you will have a further 14 days to return any unwanted items to us. Please notify us which items you wish to return through our contact form or through email at [email protected] providing your Name & Order Number, this will allow us to process your refund promptly. Please place a copy of your name, delivery address  and order number in your parcel. 

If we do not hear from you within 14 days of delivery receipt, we will assume and hope you are happy with your items and will be unable to honour any refunds beyond this point. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

All products should be returned in a resalable condition with tags. Clothing must be returned with labels still attached and unworn. Homeware must be returned in a saleable conditon, unused and undamaged with no sign of ware and tare.

You can return your items both in store or through shipment. Please be aware shipment costs are non refundable unless items are delivered faulty. 

We recommend using Tracked 24 or 48 hour delivery to return your parcel ~ this ensures you can track your return back to us.

- Return Confirmation -

Once we have reciveved your return we aim to process the refund within 48 hours. However during busier periods please allow up to 5 days for your refund to be processed. Items returned in store will be processed immediately. 

Items returned in compliance with our returns procdure will recieve a confirmation email to inform you that your refund has been processed. If an exchange is available and agreed to instead, your new item will be given to you or delivered to you within our usual delivery timeframes

Please allow for 3-5 working days for your funds to be returned to your original payment method. 

On the unlikely event your items do not comply with our returns procedure you will be notified as to why your return has not been accepted. A reduced refund may be offered where applicable and you will have the option to keep the original items though you may be required to pay for shipping if necessary. 

- Exchanges -

We do offer exchanges. 

Please notify us within 14 days of delivery receipt of all items you wish to exchange. You should then return the purchased item as usual (i.e. as set out above) and, during the returns process, indicate your wish to exchange your item for a new item and specify exactly which item you wish to exchange for. 

If the exchange request is possible we will send out your new items once your return has been processed. If the items you wish to exchange for are no longer avaliable we will inform you of this and process a refund instead.
